Parth Engineering currently has multiple facilities in-house which include Forging, Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, Machining, and Quality Inspection. Our infrastructure is structured to provide an end-to-end solution with complete process control.

Facility

warehouse Raw Material Yard

Our raw material yard is spacious and has space to store the stock in an organized manner. After the material is inspected for its authenticity we arrange it in a grade and section-wise manner with a FIFO (First in First out) system.

factory Forge Shop

The Forge shop assimilates 4 forging friction screw presses of which one is of a 200 T, two are of 400 MT, and one is an EP 630T Screw press. The forging shop also includes two belt drop hammers of 1.5 MT and 2.5 MT each.

This facility employs CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software for die making which assists in increasing the overall efficiency and productivity of the whole manufacturing process on VMC Machines.

Heat Treatment
Process Control

The heat treatment facility incorporates facilities of performing Normalising, Iso-Annealing and Hard & Tempering with a cumulative capacity of 2 MT/hr.

terminal SCADA Integration

The SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software is used for data logging and maintaining a proper standard of procedure of all the processes.

CNC Machine Shop

Advanced Machining Center

Equipped with a total of 70 CNC and VMC machines with an extensive range of turned products, we have professionals who have years of experience in handling such Technical Machines. We have the capacity to make components using our 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis NC machines.

These machines have online Renishaw probing systems for process strengthening, ensuring reliability and quality.

Deep Hole Drilling

Diameter capacity up to 32 mm with high-precision vertical stability for industrial-grade applications.

Pull-Type Broaching

Heavy duty 20 Tonne pull-type broaching machine facility for complex internal geometries.
